All new clients must schedule a consultation prior to the start of service.
The main office must be notified directly of all bookings and cancellations. If you do not make your request through the main office number, No Worries Pet Sitting cannot be held responsible for any errors in scheduling.You can make a request for booking by submitting an online service request thru our website on the "Contact Us" page or by calling (908) 319-3324. If you leave a message or send an email, please do not assume that we have received your message until we confirm it.
Please do not leave town without receiving a confirmation from us. Emergency/Last minute visits are subject to scheduling availability.
Sick pets should be under the care of your veterinarian; we will not provide service to pets that are sick. We are happy to provide service to pets that require medications or have special requirements or needs, such as elderly pets.
Billing Policies and Payment Options
An estimate will be provided prior to services if requested. Daily dog walking services are billed on a weekly basis via email. Vacation pet sitting services are due prior to or at the time of service.
Balances that are not paid within 30 days of service will accrue a 10% service charge of the current amount due. This fee is billed on a monthly basis until paid in full.
Sales tax will be charged on your statement or invoice in addition to the visit charge(s).
If your pet has a history of biting or displays signs of aggression at the time of the consultation, No Worries Pet Sitting has the right to refuse service. No Worries Pet Sitting will not provide pet sitting to aggressive dogs.
We will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please inform us of the designated area for the appropriate cleaning supplies. If there are accidents above and beyond the normal amount anticipated, we may charge a reasonable fee for clean up time.
Our representatives regularly enter homes where they look for changes. They look for conditions where personal effects are moved and changed for the safety and well-being of your pet, home, and ourselves as well. They are to trust their own senses as things are warranted. As a policy, if
there are conditions that changed in your home where the sitter is not aware of anyone else having access i.e., lights altered, etc., then they
face a different set of conditions. We would ask that if you are in a circumstance where others will be entering your home, you would please
provide detailed information advising us of those circumstances. We may be forced to enter your home with another representative from No Worries Pet Sitting strictly for safety and security reasons.
All pet transportation services can only be provided if the pet's owner supplies either a pet seatbelt, crate, or carrier for service.
